In February 2007 at New York fashion week, Joe Zee’s appointment to creative director at Elle was heralded in The Daily. His first assignment in this exciting new role was to see the shows. He has since brought his exceptional creativity, style and editorial expertise to the magazine. The move to Elle followed Joe’s many successful years as fashion director at W, and contributing fashion editor at Details and House & Garden. He was also editor-in-chief of both the men’s and women’s editions of Vitals.

Among the most prominent fashion stylists in the industry today Joe Zee’s talent was utilized by Vanity Fair throughout its famed March 2006 “Hollywood” issue on which he collaborated with fashion designer Tom Ford and photographer Annie Leibovitz.
